I have a choice between 3 types of roo's:

Hamburg, Red Star, New Hampshire;

what I need in a rooster is;
can and will defend hens
not aggressive
pretty
good with other roosters (I need 3)

Breed alone usually does not determine rooster temperament. Roosters who were raised together tend to get along best. The best way to find a rooster who is not human aggressive is to find one over a year old who has not shown those tendencies, because it is hard to know if they will be human aggressive before they reach sexual maturity.

Hamburgs are pretty, but they are considered a flighty breed.
