Which Rooster to keep

I have a mixed flock of EE, Golden Commet, Plymouth Rock, Saphire Olive Eggers, Starlight Green Eggers, and Buff Brahmas. We have ended up with three roosters two EE and one Buff Brahma. I am only looking to keep one, but not sure which will do better. I know from here out it will be all barnyard mixes if we chose to raise any. Any advice appreciated or if I should find a different Rooster to add to my flock and find homes for the other is an option.

Really a very personal decision. If you have no desire for a certain breed, I would look at each of their temperaments. No point in keeping a rooster that has showed aggression towards people or is rough on his hens or has any other undesirable quality if you have others to choose from. If they're all about the same as far as temperament, perhaps pick one you like the look of best.

But, if you do have a Buff Brahma hen, and keep the Brahma rooster, you will have purebred chicks from her eggs.
