I have 2 roosters (6 weeks old) and am wondering if anyone has any experience with temperament of the breeds. #1 is an EE and #2 is a Black Australorp. The EE is bigger and the dominant roo. They are both so affectionate. Any advice on adult temperament or information I should be aware of to decide?

Chickens are individuals, there's not really "this breed is not but this one is not."
What do mean by affectionate?
They're both so friendly with us. The EE falls asleep in my hands. I'm quite attached to him. But he's goes after the little 5 week old Orpingtons really bad. So we now have the 2 roosters separately in a bachelor pad. Lol. Here are the 2 boysI just love them. It's so hard

Hmmm, letting young cockerels become overly used to you could result in a rooster that doesn't respect you (aggressive), familiarity breeds contempt and all that.
I personal think EEs roosters to be really festive and handsome, unless him going after his flock mates is a sign of things to come.
I'd lean more to who ever treats the other chickens better. so maybe the Australorp. but no matter who you keep, stop giving them any special treatment, treat him like a chicken, not a pet.

Bluey and his friend Speedy Feathers got a new home the day before they're time was up! Lucky boys. Thanks everyone. One of our Jersey Giant Pullets ended up being a boy so we're keeping him. I heard they are the most docile so we're giving him a chance. :)
