Which to Treat: Sour Crop or Infection?

Really quick summary:

• 4 yo Orpington
• Losing weight
• Lethargic, lots of laying down
• Doughy crop
• Normal poop, but less
• Pale, warm comb

So, should I treat the doughy/sour crop or the infection first? Or both simultaneously?
