I am aiming for them to hatch on day 19 (they're seramas).....

my only serama that hatched from the last batch hatched on day 22 1/2. you never know

Well, if all of your settings are right - set them in the morning and they should mostly hatch in the morning. There are always some exceptions. I set at night, so they hatch throughout the night and are fuzzy by morning to be moved to the brooder.
