This is my neighbors chicken and they asked me what i thought and I'm thinking this is from previous bullying and the lighter spots are from healed scabs or its fowl pox. Google images aren't helpful enough. Does anyone have any idea what this is and any relevant details regarding cause, treatments, etc.

the others look fine. 1 has like 2 white spots (flat and pale but seemingly perfectly round) and another looks like it's been pecked on the head but nothing near this extent. Any feedback helps

Looks like early Fowl pox.
I will try to give you more info in a little bit.

feed her Garlic.
Garlic is very good for chickens. I'm trying to see if there is anything that can help her.

Totally Fowl Pox. It gets ugly and then goes away. Check the mouth to ensure it's not wet pox. Otherwise, it will clear up in about 2 weeks. They are painful, so your birds might act off.

It is absolutely contagious.
