White clusters under the neck

I noticed this in one of my birds today and I don’t know how to treat it. I appreciate the input. Thank you!

Are they hard or soft?
Any on any other part of her body...like around her vent??

It can be caused from mites or lice, so check her for that. Also see if she has anymore.

Thank you so much. Im definitely dealing with LICE and the white clusters are the eggs. Any particular products you guys have used that worked. I will be treating my entire flock. Again thank you for the help
