Hello,

I have had chickens for the past 10 years but for the first time i have a white crested black satin that i love. Her name is "Phyllis Diller or Little P". She has bonded with the other chickens she was raised with but needs special attention to her top feathers when she is out in the fenced in yard during the day. What is the best way to manage them? They get muddy and because they got bogged down with mud i trimmed them. Is that ok? shes doing much better now with seeing her food.
