I have this pullet, she's 13 weeks old- She was fine yesterday and last night- But we woke up to her laying in a corner and she can't hold her head right, I dont think its broken as she does move it. She also is holding her wings down/out.
Her this morning:

Been reading, is it wry neck? I thought that was something they could only hatch with but according to what I've read that's not always the case.
-
What would have caused that overnight if that's what I'm dealing with?
-
Is it serious?
-
What can I do to to help/fix this?
-
Can it be fixed?

Polish are more prone to wry neck due to their vaulted skulls. It could have been from a head injury, check in all those feathers on the crest for any kind of wound from pecking, etc. Check eyes also. Sometimes those crest feathers can impair vision and cause them problems. I've seen people put them in pony tails, some just trim them so they can see better.
I would also get her started on a super B complex, vitamin E, and a bit of canned tuna, sunflower seeds etc for some selenium to help with the uptake of the E. If it's just wry neck, then that may help. They can get an inflammation/infection called 'water on the brain' and treatment for that is antibiotics and anti inflammatories. If you have access to an avian vet they would be able to prescribe for that.

Check your feed, make sure there is no signs of spoilage. If it's in a bag, empty the bag into another container and check it all. Start them on vitamins. Make sure there is nothing else toxic around that they could get into, leaking engine fluids, gardening chemicals, etc. Try to get them eating and drinking, you may need to help or hand feed if they can't do it themselves. Do some observing, see if they are being bullied by anyone, sometimes that crest attracts unwanted attention. Link below on wry neck, has a video at the bottom showing someone helping a bird to eat:
