White eggs from a brown egg layer

I have a BR that just started laying, she is about 24or 25 weeks, but her eggs are white. Will they get brown as she ages?
They also are more elongated than my other pullets.

Are her earlobes red? If so she is most likely just laying very very light brown eggs- that look almost white. I have one that lays eggs that my girls call white eggs.

I also have a friend who has a few chickens every year start laying on the white side of color eggs 2 weeks before Easter and they are all brown layers..

Her comb and wattles are, but not her earlobes. Why does that make a difference?
