White Faced Black Spanish hardiness

I’ve been reading up on the White Face Black Spanish breed since it’s all that’s current locally, but disappointed in how sensitive they sound. Do you find this to be true? We have bitter cold winter and roasting hot, but dry, summers. They’re free ranged fairly often, but in a more urban area. Generally mine won’t leave their roomy coop in winter lol

Standard or bantam? My bantams are 9 now and survived outside all 9 years in our winters and summers
