White foamy stuff from the butt???

Most of my chickens are a little over a year old. I have wormed and given antibiotics but i cannot figure out what is causing this. At one time many of my hens had it. After several treatments wormer/antibiotics most improved but there are several that seem to have this perpetual foam coming out of and around the butt. Sometimes its worse than others.

I was once told it was rooster juice and I bought into that for a bit. But I bougt 8 Araucana chicks this spring and one of them has developed it too. I have her segregated and given her everything I can think of but I am out of ideas.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
