White Itchy combs might be mites

Help! My chickens have been wiggling their heads trying to shake away the itchiness most of them have this strange white color at the tips of their crowns I think it might be mites they are INFESTED(I need help on that too) but I'm not sure if that's the case I'm afraid some sort of sickness got to them...

Where are you located in the world?
You mention you think they are infested with mites? Do you see bugs on them?
