White leghorn male or female?

I was told that this is a cockerel almost 4 mos old now. The problem is, 'his' comb is drooping - which I have seen in older leghorn hens. So, is he a he or a she? -.-"

Yup. I'm pretty sure the other two are roosters but this one got me confused.

No saddle or sickle feather like the others. Very likely could be a female.

Thanks for the responses guys. I'm about to send them all roosters of and now I'll hold out on this one. If it turns out to be a pullet or not I'll update y'all.

I hope so. I was pretty convinced that she was a she. The gap in my mouth when I confirmed it was that chicken who just crowed lmao
