After all these posts about wild vs domesticated mallards, its led to me wondering...
Are white mallards wild or domesticated?
Do domesticated white mallards fall under the same US FWS laws and require to be "marked" with a band, tattoo, toe-removal, or pinion like the standard variety?
I found a hatchery that carries them, just wanted to know the legal aspect beforehand (I'm not planning on getting any soon, just getting info)
