White on comb

Hello!
As of yesterday, our hen started showing a bit of white on her comb and not sure why. The only thing we saw was potentially frostbite but it hasn’t been cold at all so that’s not possible.
thanks in advance for any help.

That's a rough looking comb. Have other birds pecked her comb, mosquitos or other bug bites? Are there lesions around the eyes or on the wattles?
Anyway, the white splotches could be favus. Favus is a type of contagious fungal infection, humans can get it as well. Miconazole will treat it. Wear disposable gloves when applying the cream.
