I live in south Louisiana, maybe 45 minutes from the gulf, so yeah it gets hot and humid here. I am originally from Ohio and had some White Plymouth Rocks up there. I love the breed, hands down my favorite dual purpose. Question is, can I raise them down here where temps during the summer are often near 100 with high humidity? We would have days like that in Ohio, but not several weeks at a time. If the answer is no, what is something close to a WPR I could raise down here, dual purpose. Thanks for reading.
