White Polish Rooster Needs New Home in or near Kittery, Maine

A friend of mine has a rooster that was attacked by a dog and is recovering nicely but she can't have roosters in her new place so he needs a new home. He is friendly. Anyone out there who can take him in or knows someone who can? Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

Is that a bantam breed? Is the rooster skittish around dogs now? I have a 3 yr old dog that does fine with our chicks...
