White Rock?

Here's another chick my friend purchased from Atwoods on the 10th of February. They told her these are White Barred Rocks about 3 days old.
Are they truly White Barred Rocks? If not, any idea of their true breed?

If their legs are yellow, they're likely rocks

They look like White Rocks.
