White runny poo

I have a Wyandotte hen who is not feeling well. She is caged with 3 other birds who all seem fine. I'm not sure what's wrong. Her tail is hanging and a bit messy from some white runny poo. Her eyes look a little puffy but there is no nasal discharge, no weird noises. She did peck at some grass roots and greens I pulled this morning but she wants to just sort of sit there. Any ideas what I should do? Considered giving corid but they have no access to the ground or droppings or other birds. Suggestions?

About 2 yrs Neither hen seem to be laying right now. But the other hen is fine.

It looks slightly greener. Her crop feels emptier than this morning. She was standing but in a dark corner.
