The black spots are blood and from peck wounds. The white could be healing peck marks. Watch to see if it turns tan and goes away.

How many hens do you have with the 2 roosters? It is easier to have just one rooster, since they will challenge for the lead role. Sometimes they will injure or kill the other if he doesn’t run away or accept his junior role. You could pick the better one and rehome the other, or take turns letting one in the flock while penning the other.

we have 23 girls and 2 boys ......lots of love to go around lol but i get what your saying, we would hate to get rid of one but for now i feel like its just pecking order stuff not true fighting if that makes sense ?

I have kept more than one rooster in a larger flock, and usually they got along well as long as the subordinate rooster stayed in his place. But occasionally one would challenge the other. During a time of molting, the head rooster was actually run off, but he later regained his throne.
