So i'll try to collect all to one topic

Çekirdek came to us when he is too little. He was fine just like his 11 siblings (they are still fine) and when he came he couldnt lift his neck and hold it his neck was on the ground and he was moving back so fast. He wasnt move forward but when we hell him he was managing it (i guess his legs are deformed cause he is not using them for a while so please suggest something about it too. He moves his legs like he is swimming (?) but cant bend them) But he was doing something weird
He was doing it once or twice a day and it was not taking much time maybe 5-10 seconds and he was became pretty tired after this
Then he grew up. His neck is just fine now but he is doing something else. I guess it is same with the first video but he cant use his feet anymore so he cant manage this anymore. He squeze himself and kinda shaking and screaming

And he does this head move while eating. He looks like struggle control his head and reach the food. He is eating well it is not a problem for him but ill show this because it may help you to find the disease

Other imformations about him
1-) He had the blood succer insects but we think he hasnt got them now
2-) We live in turkey
3-) He is eating sometinh like oatmeal my father gaves it to all chickens but idk its name. We pour water on it and put boiled egg in it then mix
4-) He is happy
5-) His feces are somethimes look like water. Not just liquid it also has no colour. And the amount is pretty much
6-) We lay him his sides
7-) We give him feet exercise but he screams a lot (didnt do it for 3 days)
 His thing -squeze himself and shake- happens and goes. It happens non stop and the other day he is just fine
9-) I didnt recognize any blood in his fecer

Someone said (thank you again) it could be cocidiossis or brooder pneumonia

So what you think? What is this

Dont recomend kill him please. If you dont know the disease and solution then thank you

I am very sorry for you little chick. Epidemic tremors (Avian Encephalomyelitis) could be a possibility, but it would be hard to know for sure. Vitamin E 400 IU daily can be helpful with neurological symptoms or wry neck symptoms. Here is some reading about AE:
