Who can help me find a butcher for my X Cornish hens?!

I am looking for as butcher in the Central Coast California area. I live in the Santa Ynez Valley in the city of Buellton. I would like a butcher that will harvest and process a live bird I take in.

Can anyone offer me some guidance?

My suggestion is to call your county extension office, in the phone book under county government, and talk to them. The folks at the feed store may be able to help too.
