who dubs there chickens

with winter here who dubs there chickens and where are you located?
i am located in south central ky i wouldnt see a reason for us to do it unless we had to? i remember the oldman doing it growing up. also remember the time he just did it instead of looking at the almanac.

I live in southeast TN, I dub my old english games. Not because of the weather though. Just because it is the breed standard. And I dont look at the almanac either, just do it.
