I am getting alpacas; have been saving up for a long time and am kinda in love with them!

I've been in alpacas for 12 years now. I have huacayas. I have 4 females and 1 little male. I also have 2 llamas. You will enjoy them.

We have llamas Our llamas serve a dual purpose here, we use them as gaurds for our sheep and goats and my girls show them in 4-H and open shows. Here's a couple pics from our fair this summer.

It was a toss up between alpacas and llamas for me. Alpacas are cute and cuddly looking, but hey I just love the arrogance and dignity of the two llamas we eventualy got. Their humming fits in so well with the emus drumming and the peacocks screaming. I have to add that I have the best neighbours in the world.
