Who is killing our ducks?!

This morning, I went outside and found one of our ducks with a Skinned back and top of head. I had to put it out of its misery because it was somehow still alive. We have no clue what killed it, and we have had 3 other deaths recently from the duck heads being gnawed off. Someone help. Image below is the picture.

A fox will take the bird home with him. It is probably a raccoon. Not a big one or it would have continued eating the shoulders. Put out a trap so you can at least identify it.

Raccoons tend to have a three day rotation. So, he might not be back right away.
