Whole Corn ???

I have access to whole kernel corn, shelled but not cracked. The Chickens seem to like eating the full size kernels. Is this a problem or do I need to get it cracked??

No, altho they won't digest as much of it w/o being ground. More surface area for digestive track to work on when it's ground. I feed whole grain in the winter.
