Hey everyone! I just thought it would be fun to start a thread for all us Silkie lovers to share, discuss, learn, and post cute pictures of our birds!

Wow, your silkies look awesome! We hatched out 3 little silkies out of 6 eggs under our broody Australorp hen. We got 1 white, a blue splash and a partridge! Now they are about 12 weeks old. They are awesome! They have their own seperate coop and we let them out on the grass when we can!

Hey y'all! Mind if I join? I have 2 black silkies, Evie and Stella. Stella LOVES to cuddle and is very docile, while Evie prefers to scratch around in the dirt, on the hunt for juicey bugs! I'm taking Stella to the vet today, because she has been acting sick lately. I will try to get some pics tho!
