I am confounded. I have 4 hens, all different breeds. I believed they were all laying, but either my EE lays 2 eggs every other day or so or I am wrong about a breed. I am adding pics of the birds and today's eggs. They are all about 5 months old.

What I thought was a white Plymouth rock - however when I bought her from TSC she was in the Ameraucana box - could she really be an EE?
