Who's the father?

So I've got this roo, mom's a buff hatchery [so definitely not breed standard] brahma and dad is one of three boys: a paint rooster [ayam cemani x white leghorn, as far as I know] with a nice big straight comb, a blue rooster of unknown origin who's produced most of the blues in my current flock [he has also produced a chick of which my best description is 'lemon blue' though I know she probably wasn't up to any standard] also flat comb, and an EE rooster with a frankly bizarre comb.
I'll set the pictures of the rooster in question here:

My questions are as follows: 1: who's the most likely dad [blue boy had comb tips before winter]? 2: does this white on his under-feathers point to recessive or dominant white genes, and 3: is there any chance the EE is the father, given the comb type [because then he'd have a chance of carrying the blue egg gene, though just a chance given the EE has only one copy].

I'd guess the EE might be the father but that's only a guess. I ended up with an EE rooster in with my last batch of chicks, and his comb is not as odd as yours is but the feathering colors on him are very similar to yours. Your guy is really pretty.

thank you! Of the three I definitely suspect the EE the most. I've got a weakness for the pretty roos, and he's a lil sweetheart too so he's probably sticking around til I can find him a home with lotsa hens (Heck, I may not even give him up at that point, might even think him up a name or something so he can stay here
😅).
