Who's Whistling?

My 4-week-old chicks are gathered side-by-side for a mid-afternoon nap and somebody is whistling... or trilling. It sounds like a cartoon snore. It's the softest dearest sound -- I've never heard a chicken make such a sound. Have you?

It is very cute when they do that! My ducks sleep under my bedroom window and snore little duckie snores. Sooooo cute!
