So, when I first got some of my ducks (they were adults when I got them), they were pretty good at catching and eating flies. Now I only have one that will even some times attempt to catch flies. Each one of them could eat half their body weight in flies, but they just sit there. My ducklings and chicks, on the other hand have tried to catch some, and keep their pen clear of flies, but my adult ducks and chicken don't at all. Also, is there any way I can get my boy to leave one of my ducks alone. My boy will chase one of my girls around forever, and when he catches up to her, one of my other girls will just sit there and beat on her. Any way to avoid this? It's times like this that I miss Runner (a pekin boy I used to have). That is mainly my question though, I just gad to tell everyone how lazy my ducks are LOL.

Yes I have a little cayuga that is really friendly. I haven't seen her beating on her. The only problem is that my cayuga is the only one laying right now and I want to incubate her eggs, so they have to be fertile. I might separate them this Saturday. If I start to see anything before then, I will definitely be separating them though. Thx for the advice :D
