Why are my hens dying?

I have had 3 hens die in the last 2 weeks and not sure why. I have noticed that they have bald spots on there bodies what should I do to treat this?

We need tons more info. Age, breed... what do you feed them, what are their living conditions... do you have a rooster? Are there any other symptoms associated with the deaths? Bald spots can have a number of different explanations.
