Why aren't call ducklings sexed before they are shipped out from the hatcheries?

Why aren't call ducklings sexed before they are shipped out from the hatcheries? Why are Pekin ducklings sexed, but not call ducklings?

Call ducklings are bantams so they are much smaller and therefore much more fragile to vent sex. Same goes for bantam chickens, they wont sex them due to their smaller size and higher risk for injury.
