Why aren't my geese laying?

I have six American Buff Geese that I got last spring. They are now two years old and it's March but I haven't gotten any eggs yet. Is there a reason why they could not be laying? How can I encourage them to start?

Do you use lights? My 1 year old American Buff is laying and has been for about a month now. I have her and her boyfriend on 16 hours a day. I started out with about 10 hours of light Jan.1 and worked up to 16. She has not gone broody yet though.
Do you have hens?

They live mainly outside but come in at night and the barn lights are half on. We have six and have never sexed them.
