Why did water come out of my chicks mouth?

hi, I need help with one of my chicks which water came out of her mouth, Is she sick? what is wrong with her this is the 3rd time she does it.

What is happening when the water comes out? Are you picking her up when it happens? Anything else going on? Is there anything coming out of her nose or eyes? Is it foamy at her mouth?
