Why do 2 of my roosters not roo

So I found out I have 2 more roosters then I originally thought so I have 3 adult roosters who all three roo although mt RIR rooster before all the other hens but 3 cake along was just him and another RIR rooster and only the other one roo never the one we still have until after the first one was taken by a fox did he start to roo..that being said I have 3 5 month old roosters that grew up together and only one started rooing at 3 months the other 2 do not....why is this?

I am assuming that when you saw 'roo' you mean crow? A dominant rooster can suppress crowing in the subordinates.

But all the others crow and they all play in the same yard but not all stay in the same section of the coop...we have it section. Off for different hens and roosters

And some roosters mature slower than others.
