why do they throw dust all over themselves

Dust baths. Tried to put a link to a thread on dust bathing ,but I'm bad at that. Put in dust bathing on the this site's search box at the top. It will lead to several threads with pictures.

It helps to remove lice and little bugs like that as well as old skin and that kind of stuff. I think its kind of funny that we clean ourselves by removing dirt and they clean themselves be putting dirt on themselves
