Recently sold two year-old bronze turkey toms at auction, they were raised as pets but had to sell them. They sold for 60 USD each, compared to roosters I've sold being $20-30 (Sold because of local law
). Why so much more money? They aren't difficult to raise or anything, and getting chicks isn't expensive by any means. Is it just a local thing?
