Why does my barred rock look like this?

So I have 4 barred rock hens that are about 2 months old. (This is my first chicken experience so I’m a little clueless). They all look the same...except Janice. She looks super different. No comb started, her head looks way whiter, and her pattern is just way off from the others. Is she a he? Is she just different?

Yup, I got 2 Americanas and one- Leghorn. Accidentally.
