She is very active and I feed her all flock food since I raise chickens at well she has access to fresh water daily and I add a couple dashes of ACV in there because I read it was good for them and yes she only does this around me. She also is very vocal and every time I come home she bobs her head when she sees me

She is most likely flattening herself because she sees you as a potential mate. It's what females do to attract the attention of a drake. Head bobbing too. They are big flirts. Do you have other ducks females and drakes?

She would do that even if I’m a female as well? And I got baby ones she doesn’t like them however she will hiss and run at them so I keep them separate she’s my only big one because the one I got with her sadly passed away when it was young

Yes she doesn't care what sex you are just that she sees you as mating potential. lol

How old is she and how old are the babies? she'll accept them eventually it just takes time. Just let them be around each other with supervision and or with fencing between.

Lol okay I was just making sure and she is about a month or two old I would say I have had her awhile now and the baby’s are just a few weeks maybe 2-3

And she sees you as her flock since you have been her only flock, she'll need to see the ducklings as her flock and she will just give it time.
When my Runner female was young around 3 months she would flatten herself out for my Muscovy drake, my gander and any of the other Runners and buffs. What was funny was they all looked at her like she was nuts. The Runner drake was younger than her so he was no help at all.

Okay thank you also with letting the baby ducks with her how can I keep her from charging after them like she does what do I do to train her
