no i dont know how to explain it but is not really “cracked” i squeezed it and it didn’t break so the shell is pretty strong.

Yep, it cracked inside her and she patched it, it's perfectly safe to eat.

It looks like it was internally re-calcified by the hen, I'd have zero qualms about eating it.

Well I learned something today. I didn't know hens could do that. I would still be tempted to crack it into a bowl first, but I do that with all my eggs.
