Why don't some chickens cross at all?

I am wondering why the male polish is not crossing with the female?

is there any particular reason for them not to cross?

both are young birds. the female has started laying eggs also.

Are you sure he's a he? And some just seem to not like certain ones. I have a pair of hens I used to think my male couldn't reach, but no I think he just doesn't like them
