Why don't we have to quarantine chicks?

I know that you're supposed to quarantine any knew chickens that you plan on introducing to your flock, but why not baby chicks? I plan on putting 5 2 day old chicks under a broody next week (for the first time) and was wondering why that's ok.
 
This is intended for hatchery chicks. Hopefully a hatchery, because of the large population and different ages, would know they had a problem. And the chicks would not have been exposed to a more mature flock with a disease, unless the hatchery bought the eggs and the disease was passed in the egg and the farm where the egg came from had this sort of disease and it had not been tested and and and....

It's not 100% safe to do this, for several reasons. Comes close, though.
