Why has my hen not been laying

Hi everyone, I have a D,uncle named trixie. A couple of mouths ago she stopped laying from a molt, but she has not layed ever since she ended her molt and I dont know what's wrong. I have found an Egg the had kinda like no shell but the membrane around it, I think it may have been hers but that was a couple of weeks ago and she has not layed since. What could be wrong, I have crushed oyster shell out and grit, so I dont know why her egg would be like that. Thanks

It's wintertime. That is probably why she is not laying. Sometimes young hens lay weird eggs like that.

I feed my whole flock layer feed with free choice grit and oyster shell.

How old is she? If she's acting normal in every other way, I wouldn't worry about it too much, unless spring comes and she's still not laying, and even then, if she continues to seem healthy, I'd just keep an eye on her. Maybe try some vitamins n the water for a few days.
