Why have my turkeys been suddenly dying?

I have had 6 turkeys and 3 of them have died suddenly, with the only warning being that they flailed their head back and slowly blinked their eyes right before dying. The only ones that have died like this were raised by us and hatched by us, the others are older or younger than the others were when they died. The one of them died today at 7 weeks old and I can’t remember how old the others were when they died.
