Why her belly looks so weird?

Hii guys!
I would plz like some help about my chicken - she has bumblefoot and whilst I was treating it - I noticed her belly was naked?
This girl is far my most broody hen I got (she's not broody atm but I'm sure she will be soon) so I'm assuming that's a reason(like she plucked her self too much and she can't grow it back)
I thought about waterbelly but it's not swollen nor squidhy

Awh silly girl! Must be a good mum. Next time my girl goes broody I'll buy her half a dozen eggs to sit on cuz she's confirmed a good mother.

I also really like to let them sit on fake eggs, then give them chicks. That way, you don’t have to deal with all the boys!

BAHAH! I'm planning to buy pretty eggs from show quality's so hopefully I can get like 10$ off the boys if I sell them
