What kind of bedding are u using?
What are you feeding it? If anything other than chick feed it needs grit.
What is the temperature in brooder?

In a cage with 10 others what is grit and he isn’t drinking or eating anything the temperature outside is in between 30 to 40 degrees celsius and it is the same inside the cage

Grit is a granite type insoluble that helps them break down their food. Without it and if they are not eating feed made for chicks they can't digest their food and can cause them to choke.

How old are your chicks. looks to be around 3 weeks if so 40 Degrees Celsius is to warm.
