Why Is My 1 year old rooster so sweet and nice?

Not all roosters are mean. There are plenty that are extremely friendly and love to be with people. Just be grateful that he's so nice!

Encourage it as much as you can. A rooster who will sit in your lap and accept pets is a rare treat!

If he produces any chicks, they may end up friendly as well.
