Why is my 3 year old chicken walking around so slowly?

My chicken is walking around slowly. Not waddling. Just slowly. Her comb is dull and she has a poopy bottom. She's drinking water and still cooing but seems off

Check vent carefully for maggots. Wash her gently if necessary so you can see what's going on back there.
